{Random Goodness} Microwave S'mores

First let me say that I do not camp.  This is something very high maintenance about myself I know but it is just not something that I enjoy doing.  However, there is one thing that is right up my ally that I love.  Bonfires and S'mores.  Yes, I know this sounds weird, but it true I love bonfires.  I that it gives you a good excuse to cuddle with loved ones.  I love the smell for some reason and I love anything that gives you a reason to eat more chocolate.  Since I can't exactly have a bonfire whenever I want.  I decided to do the next best thing.  Yep the microwave! Don't mind my dirty microwave.  I just put those bad boys in there for about 3 or 4 seconds and...

my kids loved them!  

Some day they will need to have them from a real bonfire.  But, for now this works.

{Random Goodness} The story of a green shirt

Ok, so I don't normally take pictures by myself.  I'm like most people and I don't really like to be in front of the camera.  I much prefer to be behind it.  However, I had to send a current picture in for work to update our badges.  These are a couple of the outcomes.  As I was looking at these pictures, I realized that I had on my favorite green shirt.  Let me tell you the story of my green shirt.  

I bought this shirt over five years ago right before I found out I was pregnant with Jalyn.  Honestly, I was so broke at the time and I bought it while I was at Target one day.  I was trying to get out of my normal go to color schemes and I just really wanted to buy something that I didn't really need.  It had been a rough week at work, I was headed to California to spend some time with my family and for crying out loud, I just wanted something new.  I bought this shirt and loved how it fit and looked.  It is not really in style anymore but I don't care.  It is soft, comfy, lightweight and I love the color!  It is my go to shirt on the weekends and I live in it through the summer.  So here is to my $12.99 shirt and random pictures of myself.
