Our Anniversary

John and I celebrated our third anniversary last week. It seems so much longer than that! We don't really ever do anything to special for our anniversary but my parents did treat us to a dinner out! (Thank you!) Of course we always talk about the baby! It is definitely the topic of most conversations. We get more excited everyday! John has taken to giving the baby kisses now. It is very cute!

However, we did take time to talk about our goals for the future and reminiscence on the past. It made for a funny time! It was nice to shut the outside world out for a couple of hours and laugh together.

This summer, I joined facebook. I have really enjoyed it because it has let me stay in contact and reconnect with old friends. It has also put me in contact with many old high school classmates. Their responds to John and I getting married makes us laugh! They can't believe we did! It is funny to us when they ask us in shock about the it!

My great friend, Robin loves to tell people of the story of how John and I met and ended up married 12 years later! I can't believe where the time goes. John and I don't think our story is very unique until someone new learns of the it! We know that it will be a fun story to tell our children someday! The things you start thinking of when you are pregnant amaze me! I am very blessed with my relationship and having a family that supports us in so many ways! I also realized the other day, when talking to Robin that I am blessed to have her also, for she reminds me of those things when other things weigh on my mind too much!
