I decided to dive in and start doing Project Life this year. I have been following people doing it for a couple of years now. I stayed away from it for a little while for several different reasons. One being that I didn't think I would traditional scrapbook anymore, which is my true love. So far, I don't scrapbook and more or less but I do get more of the everyday stories told through Project Life. If you want to read more about what Project Life is go here. This year I'm using the cobalt edition.
I was doing my weekly layouts and not sharing, but I decided to start sharing every week. I was completely up to date until Jaleesa was born May 28th. Since then I have been playing major catch-up. I thought I would start by showing you Week 18, which is April 30th to May 6th for me.
Left side: Every month, I have been including Jalyn's school calendar of what is going on for the month. Several weeks I have been making a card to keep track of where I was in my pregnancy. This week I happen to be at 34 weeks. I got this little calendar at work that had all the holidays, moons and some other random holidays and other tidbits that I thought were fun. So I have also been including that every month.
Insert: This week I had one little insert for a card we got in the mail and an extra photo of Jalyn that I thought was cute. It is a page protector from Office Depot that I cut down to be the size I needed.
This week I am also linking up at The Mom Creative.
Have a beautiful day! Smiles, Jessica
